These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AILA. By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use AILA.
You must be at least 16 years old to use AILA. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to remove accounts that do not meet eligibility.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. One person may hold one active account. Account sharing is not permitted.
AILA is an AI-powered styling assistant. Core features include AI look generation, wardrobe DNA scanning, aesthetic memory, and fashion editorial covers. Service availability and feature scope may change as we improve the product.
You agree not to:
• Upload images of others without their consent, or images depicting minors.
• Use AILA to create defamatory, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent identity.
• Attempt to bypass paid features, age verification or content moderation.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using AILA you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely to provide the service to you, including transmitting it to AI providers, storing it, generating derivative works for your own use, and improving our personalized models.
We will not use your content to train public models or share it with unrelated third parties.
Looks produced by AILA are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts or unrealistic details. They are provided for personal style inspiration and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
Some features require a subscription or one-time purchase processed by Apple. Pricing, automatic renewal, and refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store rules. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
We may change prices with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.
Each piece of generated content includes a Report button. Submitted reports are reviewed and may result in content removal or account action. We do not pre-screen all content, but we act on credible reports.
AILA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You may stop using AILA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong, unless local consumer protection law in your residence provides otherwise.
